Please note: It is a condition of registration that full payment is received at the time of registration. A credit card payment will be required to complete the online registration. All registration prices are in $AUD.

Accommodation

Discounted accommodation is available at Pan Pacific Perth. A Deluxe Room is $290 per night. Please note that the accommodation rates are a room only rate. Discounted breakfast is available in Monty's at $30.00 per person, per day.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can a ticket be shared between multiple staff members?

Yes, tickets may be shared between staff members. When registering, please enter your organisation name in the name field. Attendees are responsible for managing shared registrations during the event. We recommend returning the lanyard to the registration desk at the end of Day 1 for your colleague to collect on Day 2.

Are discounted rates available for group bookings?

No, tickets are priced per individual registration and group booking discounts are not available.

Can I get a refund for my ticket?

Refunds will not be offered, however, should a delegate not be able to attend, a name change is permitted. Please email waamh@eventandconferenceco.com.au.

Where can I submit my dietary requirement? Can I change or add this after I register?

All dietary requirements must be submitted via the registration form. Dietary requirements are finalised 10 business days prior to the event. We cannot guarantee fulfilment of any dietary requests and/or changes after requirements have been submitted.

What are the accommodation terms and conditions?

Should a decision be made to cancel individual bookings less than 31 days prior to arrival or there are no shows, a cancellation fee for the full length of stay cancelled will be charged to the applicable credit card.

I am having trouble registering my ticket. What can I do?

Please try the below solutions if you are having troubles registering your tickets:

  1. Clear your browsing data and cookies
  2. Open the registration link in an Incognito window
  3. Open the registration link in a different web browser (Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer etc)
  4. Restart your browser
